Hitting Options

 The batting evaluation will consist of a meeting between parents and hitter to discuss goals, expectations, standards, and any questions. We will also run the hitter through a Rapsodo evaluation to determine needs. We will provide drills to work on. This MUST be done prior to joining Hitting Sessions.

Hitting Sessions will include a focus of swing mechanics, mental approach, and physical approach to hitting. These sessions consist of 2-3 players for 60 minutes of hitting. We will use tee, front flips, throwing, and machine to get the most out of each hitter.

Remote training consists of weekly personalized programming for each hitter. Drills are specialized to each hitter. Programming includes swings from tee, front toss, BP, and machine. Video analysis will be done each week for check ins. We have the following options; full remote, hybrid, and college.
