ABOUT GSP

Glass Sports Performance started in September of 2020 with the help of CrossFit Westfield. The original idea was to just give a couple lessons here and there to a couple of players. Fast forward 3+ years and we have built something special. We have grown significantly. We have gone from 4 players to 40+ players per week. We’ve been lucky enough to work with top High School players and College players. We have also been able to add other great coaches who are passionate about helping others. GSP started in Indianapolis, IN and will be moving to Fort Wayne, IN soon.

Our mission is to help the next generation of players reach their goals. We work with players not only on the physical side of hitting but more importantly the mental side. We pride ourselves on making decisions based upon what is best for each player.

ABOUT JUSTIN

I was born and raised in Fort Wayne, IN. I was able to play multiple sports growing up and fell in love with baseball. My passion for baseball grew while attending Carroll High School. While at Carroll, we were able to win the 2010 Baseball 4A State Championship. During the summer, I played for the Indiana Bulls.

While at Cincinnati, I was an important member of the Bearcat baseball team. During my freshman season I battled through a torn labrum in my throwing shoulder. Thankfully I was able to still contribute. I was named to the 2011 Big East/Big Ten Challenge All-Tournament team, 2011 Joe Nuxhall Classic MVP, 2011 Second Team All-Big East, and 2011 Louisville Slugger Freshman All-America Team.

After completing surgery, I was able to have a great sophomore campaign being named 2012 First Team All-Big East and 2012 Second Team ABCA/Rawlings Mideast Region. During my junior year I was able to be named a Team Captain which was voted on teammates and the coaching staff. My final season at Cincinnati resulted in being named to the 2014 Third Team All-American Athletic Conference Team. I finished my career with 222 consecutive starts while ranking second in at bats, second in sacrifice flies, third in hits, fourth in doubles, fourth in total bases, fourth in HBP and fifth in games played at Cincinnati.
