Here at Glass Sports Performance our training programs are created using scientific and research-based methods to provide your athlete with a blueprint to enhance their game. Through a strength and conditioning program, athletes learn the value of consistency, discipline, commitment, and accountability that will remain with them long after the ball stops bouncing.​

Andrea’s love for sports, rehab, and youth development are few of the reasons why she wanted to create a positive, competitive, and supportive environment where young athletes of all levels can grow and develop. Andrea and Justin both know what it takes to play at the highest collegiate level. GSP is a place where they can give back and help today’s athletes achieve excellence and push their limits each time they step foot in our facility.
